As someone who grew up a self-proclaimed scene queen, who was never seen dead without their eyeliner, who now comfortably lives as an elder emo with a bad back, and still hasn't quite let go of the eyeliner - I can help you create a look that feels truly you. Alternative wedding makeup is my game!
I pride myself in becoming your bestie throughout the process of your makeup session. Why does it matter? Well, everyone in my chair will always feel respected, made comfortable and safe. I offer a judgement free space, where you can ask for any adjustments you may need, from tweaks to your glam, to comfort and sensory breaks. We'll laugh, we'll joke, and I'll probably over share, and in the end, you'll leave feeling your best self!
Who is Rosie?
I've been working as an Alternative makeup artist since 2015, working with brands such as Illamasqua and Kat Von D/KVD Beauty in their events team as a lead makeup artist. In 2019, I began specialising in weddings and have only bloomed from there, having glammed over 300 weddings across the UK! Believe me, I've seen it all - which is why I carry screw drivers, anti-nausea tablets and a crochet hook to every wedding!
My main specialism is bold or bright makeup, often accompanied by an element of eyeliner, or rich vampy lips. However, I offer a range huge range of styles, all tailor made for you. Makeup is my love and passion, just give me your face to paint and I'll be having the time of my life! I provide makeup for all occasions, from weddings to parties and nights out, shows and events, photoshoots + more.
I offer a fully cruelty free makeup kit, and work on all skin types, tones, ages and complexions.
My kit is predominantly vegan, and I offer vegan makeup packages as I transition to a fully vegan kit.

I am one of three of the organisers of the Alt Wedding Fair. An online directory and Wedding Fair to help Alternative couples find wedding suppliers that absolutely get them.
I adore music and going to gigs (although my backs in pieces!) My favourite musicians are Paramore, Cancer Bats, Amigo the Devil, Amity Affliction, Blink 182, Tyler Childers and Chappell Roan
I'm an animal lover, with a David Attenborough tattoo, almost 30 pets, and a ridiculous knowledge of useless animal facts.
If you see me drinking anything, there's an almost 100% chance its Pink Lucozade.
Howls Moving castle is my favourite film. Studio Ghibli will always bring me comfort
