We chose Rosie because of her commitment to inclusivity and her positive vibes. As Lesbian brides, choosing a MUA who we would feel comfortable with was important to us - Rosie was the perfect match! Rosie really listened to what we wanted, and she checked we were happy every step of the way. We were so relaxed and she was super helpful with making changes based on feedback from the trial. She also did a stellar job for our mums, one of whom was nervous about having her first full face of makeup done. We wouldn't consider ourselves the most alternative brides in terms of makeup, but we chose Rosie because she could incorporate less traditional elements (colourful eyeshadow and sick winged liner) into bridal looks that were still 'us'. We didn't see a lot of this combo amongst other bridal portfolios, so Rosie was a gem of a find! We were so happy with how our makeup looked and lasted, and it held up flawlessly in photos - thanks for helping us feel so beautiful at our wedding!

Rosie was absolutely fantastic to have as our wedding makeup artist! From the first enquiry to the trial appointment, emails, and then the wedding day she was brilliant, patient, passionate, and a real gem.
As a queer couple who are also neurodivergent and very anxious, it was vital - and difficult - to find a MUA that suited us. We weren't looking for traditional soft-glam-bridal-type makeup, and a lot of the wedding industry is very cis-het-normal, so we were so excited to find an alternative MUA who was available to travel to Scotland for our wedding. She worked with us at her studio in Leeds to create looks that were glam while still feeling like ‘Us’, and was amazing at explaining everything to us, allowing for breaks, and accommodating changes.
As well as being a phenomenal makeup artist, Rosie is an absolute angel of a person; she truly cares about equality and access, and we felt like we made a friend as much as booked a vendor! She's chatty, funny making us laugh and distracting us from last-minute nerves. We all looked stunning and therefore felt incredible, and the makeup stayed put and still looked flawless at midnight - we barely touched the touch-up kit she provided, and we almost couldn't bear to remove it before going to bed!
Overall, 11/10 experience, would recommend to anyone and would absolutely book again - though she's pretty booked up years in advance, and deservedly so!

Rosie did my wedding makeup for me in may this year. She was absolutely brilliant start to finish. The booking process is super easy and Rosie is very approachable and accommodating.
I went for a bridal trial a few months before and Rosie was really kind in having me back for a second trial when (through nothing to do with the original makeup) I decided to chance my colour palette!
On the big day Rosie was super chill, arrived bang on time, chatted away with everyone and seemed to genuinely enjoy being there. The makeup was flawless, lasted all day and night even through the 22• weather and some serious partying. I didn’t even touch the little top up bag she gave me!
I’d recommend this amazing woman time and time again for wedding, party or night out makeup!!

I chose Rosie to be my wedding makeup artist for my Viking-inspired wedding, in September 23, and I’m SO glad I did.
​From the makeup trial onwards she was so sweet and put me so at ease. The trial went so well, and when I wanted some tweaks she was more than accommodating. The wedding day makeup was probably the most chilled I felt all day 😂

And even with all the wedding day madness around her, Rosie totally kept her cool.
​Stunning makeup, that I had compliments on all day, and all done by an amazing artist. 10/10 would recommend!!!!

What an incredible make-up artist and a wonderful lady! I cannot recommend Rosie enough! She got me and my 6 bridesmaids ready for my big day with time to spare! I absolutely loved my make-up, the whole experience was fabulous, and my bridesmaids looked so incredibly beautiful! And damn that make up stays put!! Even when you find yourself getting watery eyed! But it felt very comfortable to wear. Rosie gave me a little top up bag, just in case any top ups were needed, which was very thoughtful.

Prior to the wedding, she worked with me to create a make-up look that was beautiful but still felt like me. Made sure I road-tested my look and reported back on what worked and what didn’t. She even helped me find ways round my issue with false lashes giving me headaches!

She listened to what each bridesmaid wanted for their look and made them feel so welcome and comfortable in her chair. She brought so much energy and got stuck right in with the organized chaos that was our wedding morning. Thank you, Rosie!! You are a make-up wizard and an absolute legend!

Rosie was utterly fabulous. She immediately made us feel at ease and comfortable.
Throughout both our trial and makeup on the day she explained exactly what she was doing. Our make up looked completely beautiful and lasted so well in the heat.
We searched for weeks for a make up artist who was what we wanted and Rosie was perfect- no one compared to her. She completely blew our expectations out the water, was hilariously funny and incredibly kind. We can't thank her enough for being part of our special day.

Wow we honestly can’t recommend this girl enough! We met Rosie at an alternative wedding fair and fell in love with her and her work instantly. She was super friendly from the get go, relaxed and professional and even though we’d not looked for or met any other MUA’s we knew we had to look no further and that she was the one for us and it’s a decision we never regretted!

She stayed in contact with us the whole way and answered any of our queries the same day and was super informative, understanding and capable of achieving any styles we discussed.

She was even more amazing on the day as she brought so much fun but also calming vibes during the morning of the wedding. She rocked out with us, helped us through our nerves, made us feel so comfortable and created the perfect atmosphere to get ready in throughout the entire experience. She even gave us a little kit so we can top up our makeup through out the day, not that we needed to as the makeup stayed perfect from start to finish. She is perfect if you want something a little different and alternative but also caters to more subtle looks when it came to our bridesmaids as they didn’t want anything as dark or out there as we did.
